These ads are going to take you straight back to the glory days of travel. When people got dressed up, and I mean really decked out, to get on a plane or a train.
None of this “sweatpants and sandals” business that you see every day on planes now. Back in the 1950s and 1960s (and earlier), folks were excited to travel and it showed. It was like going to a party or to a reception.
