Terrible neighbors! Not cool at all, actually. Having a bad neighbor can make your life a living hell, especially if you live in an apartment building and you share walls with people.
But even next-door neighbors in houses can be awful, too.
Some people just don’t get it, do they?
I had a neighbor a long time ago who lived below me and he would throw crazy parties with super loud music and tons of people and not even give me a heads-up. Total d*ck move, in my opinion. It was a good day when I saw him moving his stuff out, I’ll tell you that much.
