I think it’s interesting that, occasionally, one of the best and worst things about something – like the internet – can be the exact same thing.
For instance, it’s great that people can be anonymous on the internet for safety reasons, but people will also use the ability to be anonymous on the internet to make other people unsafe.
See what I mean?
In this case though, it’s a good thing, because I doubt these 16 people would have felt comfortable enough to call out their employers in public if they had to use their own names.
16. Why, though?
If you’re just going to throw it out anyway?
15. Why does this not surprise me.
Unnecessary surgery seems like bad business.
14. Of course they do.
I would like a list, please.
every restaurant you’ve ever eaten at has a few hard and fast hygiene rules and a lot of ‘oh shit the inspector is coming’ hygiene rules https://t.co/qubGVwUciz

13. You can hear all kinds of stuff.
Some of it’s pretty funny, too.
12. Everyone who has ever been poor is feeling vindicated.
But how messed up is that?!
The bank really does reorganize your transactions to make you overdrawn. https://t.co/bPaWZHDxzq

11. In case you’re a thief.
Here’s how to know you’re about to get busted.
10. This is downright irresponsible.
Like a slap to the face of the community.
Dunkin donuts throws out EVERYTHING every single night. Fresh donuts, bagels, muffins all of it. No donations, no giveaways, no employee take homes. Trashcan. And don't take a thing home or you're fired. https://t.co/kdOv4tm4Qm

9. We knew this had to be the case.
No way that many bad singers just made it on tv by accident.
8. Wash your own glasses, folks.
Just assume your hotel room is gross.
The Radisson hotel that I worked at doesn't wash the drinking glasses in the rooms. We just used disinfectant spray and a rag right there in the room. We warned ahead of time when there was an inspector coming, and I was instructed to lie about it by at least one person.

7. I knew this had to be a racket.
No way it costs that much to make some frames.
6. Well I never…
I guess it does just give you a sense of control in a crazy world.
The Dominos order tracker is just a timer, has nothing to do with your order.

5. You always pay for the packaging.
Everybody should know that’s the way that it is.
4. Or bring your own.
Seriously, your hotel room is gross. It just is.
The hotel comforter you’re sleeping under is literally the same comforter the guest before you slept under, unwashed. Ask for new bedding right after you get to the room and check-in. https://t.co/FLPImNBqwV

3. Well I’m definitely going to put this knowledge into practice.
That’s some real-world good advice right there.
2. Don’t pay for the label.
They’re just trash bags, yo.
Publix brand garbage bags, Target brand garbage bags, and Glad garbage bags are the exact same garbage bags…all are made by Glad.

1. They’re counting on you not asking.
I learned this after I had a baby.
Sometimes, companies need to be called out. We should probably do it more often, to be honest.
