When life stresses you out, look to the man, the myth, the legend, the joyful painter: Bob Ross.

Ross died in 1995, but his legacy lives on in many ways, including in one middle school in Abilene, Texas. A teacher named Brady Sloane noticed that her art students were pretty stressed out about their workloads so she decided to bring Bob Ross’ legendary chill vibe into her classroom.

Sloane gave her students Bob Ross costumes (complete with afro wigs) and, voila!, a Bob Ross flash mob was born. The students painted along with a Ross video to complete the exercise.

Sloane said that in addition to having a good time, her students also learned a lot from the video with Ross and picked up different painting techniques.
