All of us get a bad haircut from time to time, but the ones you’re about to see…they are on another level…another level of TERRIBLE, that is.
And you gotta say to yourself…what were these people thinking?!?!
Because these fresh cuts are downright depressing if I’m being honest. I guess the only thing we can really hope for is to think that these people were either celebrating Halloween or trying to horrify their friends and family members.
Let’s hope so…take a look…
