This Father-to-Be Posted Live Updates of His Wife Giving Birth and It’s Hilarious

People say the birth of a child is undoubtedly one of the most incredible experiences in your life  – especially that magical moment when you hold your child for the first time.

With all the professional “birth-day/newborn” photo shoots, you’d be forgiven for thinking giving birth is not only a beautiful experience, but a well-dressed, make-up ready, fabulous event.

But Cody Lake, a new father, took the birthing event to a whole new level with his hilarious commentary of what really goes on behind-the-scenes.

Before we get to that, first meet Cody.

Now on with the story. Sounds like a normal day…then water came out of his wife.

Dad musings on the way to the hospital. Are babies like gremlins…?

Because suddenly the hospital doesn’t seem like a great idea. Huh?

I’d say that is a good indicator.

Dad’s do seem to get looked over when the baby’s coming. He’s got needs too.
