Woman Asks if She’s Wrong for Stopping Her Cheating Husband to Attend Burial for Baby Conceived With Mistress

Yikes… just looking at the title of this article gives me major sweaty palms.

To have to deal with something like this that involves so many elements of terrible things just seems like too much.

A woman took to Reddit’s “Am I the Asshole” forum to ask strangers about this incredibly peculiar and stressful situation involving her husband, his mistress, and a dead baby.

The woman’s post from Reddit reads:

Wow. That is a story that a Hollywood screenwriter would have a hard time coming up with because it’s so unbelievable.

Reddit users weighed in with their very strong opinions on the situation.

Is it really wrong to want to mourn your dead child?

Well… she didn’t break up with him when she found out. So… she has to deal with the consequences of that decision.

Doesn’t seem like people think he’s in the wrong here.

But they’re not blaming the original poster (OP) either.

After all… if she didn’t want to deal with a situation like this… she probably should have just left.

Now, that doesn’t mean some folks didn’t side with her. People definitely thought she’s “Not The A**hole” in this situation.

Because he DID have an affair, after all! Let’s not forget that.

But others said “You’re The A**hole” for staying with him and not allowing him to mourn a dead child.

It’s such a tricky situation. Basically “Everyone Sucks Here.”
