Some people just always think they’re right, no matter what the evidence says otherwise.

But occasionally that need to always be in charge can come back to bite them in the butt, which is exactly what happened with a nasty woman at a Canadian grocery store.

When she rudely mistook a random shopper for an employee, he calmly and quietly put in her place, like a true pro.

People seriously thought this story was hilarious (because obviously, it was).
