Okay, this sounds pretty amazing, don’t you think? This seems like it will be a dream come true for a lot of people, an “immersive” Dr. Seuss experience will tour across North America starting in late October.

The Dr. Seuss Experience will open in Toronto on October 26 and then move on to other North American cities. The interactive exhibit is 15,000 square feet and packed with colorful and unique journeys through the creative mind of author and illustrator Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known to the world as Dr. Seuss.

Seuss’ famous books include The Cat in the HatOh the Places You’ll Go!, Horton Hears a Who!How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and Green Eggs and Ham.

Needless to say, Seuss is one of the most well-known children’s authors of all time and the books he created during this lifetime (1904-1991) are absolutely iconic.

Given that icon status, it sounds like the Seuss exhibit will be an absolute feast for the eyes and the senses. Kids (and us adults) will be able to explore an interconnected maze that has thousands of suspended balloons, inspired by Seuss’ book, Oh the Places You’ll Go!

The President of Seuss Enterprises, L.P., said this about the exhibit…

“The Dr. Seuss Experience brings the extraordinary world of Dr. Seuss to life and we couldn’t be more thrilled to give everyone the opportunity to see and experience their favorite stories and characters as if they jumped right off the pages.”

After the exhibit opens in Toronto, the tour is scheduled to stop in Seattle, Boston, and Houston, but more dates are expected to be announced soon.

I can’t wait to see this! Sign me up!
