You may not shower more than once a week (no judgement) but you still need to wash your hands every waking hour. And in case you forget (how could you, you dirty, dirty person) Baby Shark has a song about washing your hands!
The good thing about Baby Shark songs is that they are specially written and composed in a way that you will never, never, no matter how much you try, ever forget them. In fact, you’ll be singing this new ditty until they find a cure for COVID-19.
The original Baby Shark song was unleashed on the world by South Korean education brand, Pinkfong, in 2016. So, it’s about time we get another auditory treat. This one is topically named Wash Your Hands.
The new song was uploaded to YouTube a few weeks ago where it has amassed millions of views.
Baby Shark was a huge hit with the preschool set so this one is bound to stick around for a while.
So that you know the lyrics by heart, here they are:
Wash your hands, doo doo doo doo doo (x3)
Grab some soap, doo doo doo doo doo (x3)
Rub your hands, doo doo doo doo doo (x3)
Rinse your hands, doo doo doo doo doo (x3)
Dry your hands, doo doo doo doo doo (x3)
Listen to the end to hear tips on covering your sneeze and coughing into your elbow. There’s also a plea for viewers to “stay healthy,” as well as a call to join the community-building movement of #BabySharkHandWashChallenge.
So, go doo doo doo doo doo what you need to doo doo doo doo doo but remember to wash your hands after doo doo doo doo doo.
Okay… sorry. 😉
