Marriage can take a lot of work.
It involves practicing communication skills that humans aren’t always very good at, and responding to each other’s “love languages.”
It’s easy to get bogged down in the day-to-day and forget about the little ways you can tell someone you love them.
But these husbands seem to have it all figured out.
And it’s a fantastic reminder, not only of the ways we can show others that we care, but a reminder to stop and listen to the little ways they’re telling us they care, too.
1. Sometimes they say it straight up

A++ to this husband, that’s one lucky gal.
My husband has taken pride in what he’s dubbed “Fresh Flower Friday” and hasn’t missed a Friday in almost six years. He had rotator cuff surgery yesterday. I found this on our whiteboard this morning and he must have wrote it with his non dominant hand. It’s the best bouquet he’s ever given me.

5. And sometimes it’s the little things
I’d be worried about gnats this time of year, but it’s sweet.
Especially since I’m guessing she’s a busy mom of 5.
She probably spends half her morning putting toothpaste on other people’s toothbrushes.
