It’s a fact of life and there’s no way of getting around it…
Siblings steal from each other. No, I’m not talking about anything crazy like thousands of dollars or cars…but I’m sure that kind of stuff happens, too.
I’m talking about the little, hilarious things you steal when you’re growing up as youngsters that drive your siblings crazy. Clothes, food, magazines…and a little bit of money thrown in for good measure.
Do you have siblings? If so, you’ll want to check out these funny tweets.
1. You did the right thing.
There’s no excuse to have a clown in the house…or in any house, for that matter.

2. Let’s make a deal.
This one made me LOL.
Mine is minor but I one time paid my brother to get off the couch and let me watch TV by stealing 5 dollars from his wallet and giving it back to him.

3. I really hope this is true.
Because I love it!
It was the time of the Getty kidnapping. I kidnapped my little sister’s favourite teddy and sent her a ransom note. When she didn’t pay up I cut of the teddy’s ear and left it on her bed in an envelope.

4. Now it’s time for PAYBACK.
I’d love to see how this story turned out.

5. Take your time with it.
Maybe she’ll never notice…
my sister rationed her halloween candy for months and my brother and i slowly ate it all https://t.co/3QNrz5wQmQ

6. Smoke ’em if you got ’em.
Stealing from Mom. Wow…
I'm an only child, but I used to take my mom's Virginia Slims cigarettes and smoke them in the bathtub with the vent fan on. Sometimes I'd take the whole pack to share with friends.

7. Don’t you like your gift?
I thought you would love it!

8. You just helped yourself, huh?
That’s a lot of issues!
Over a number of years, virtually every issue of Seventeen, YM and Cosmopolitan produced between February 1992 and October 1999. She even tried the “I put a hair under my door so I can tell if you came in” trick, I didn’t fall for it.

9. A written inventory? Wow…
That is impressive and kind of psychotic.
My sister used to keep a written inventory of her Halloween candy so she would know if any was taken
And I still took it because the inventory annoyed me and a general attitude of "I already ate it, so now what?"

10. Can we please move past this?!?!
It’s been over two decades!

11. He still has no idea.
Maybe he still wonders what happened to that pair of sweats…

12. The master thief of the family.
You got a little bit of payback, though…
My little sister was a master thief. The worst is when she wore my Chuck Taylors to youth group & wrote I Love Jesus all over them. I was more of a “giver,” e.g., putting all my dolls in her room after I saw Child’s Play so if anything went wrong, they would come for her first.

13. This belongs to me now.
Thank you very much!
My oldest sister stole a wok from her boyfriend’s mom in 1989. It made it into our family’s kitchen cabinet & I stole it when I moved out in 1997. Still have it & use it weekly.
